In the fourth episode of the 2026 edition of Gamma Explains, we explore the topic of Wealth Planning – a customised, individualised process of helping people take care of wealth through different phases, such as wealth creation, management, and transmission.
Against this backdrop, Andrea Beltratti (Chairman of the EFG Gamma Foundation and Full Professor at Bocconi University) and Evgenia Goti (Global Head of Wealth Planning, EFG International) provide a definition of wealth planning and the different considerations that may be included in a wealth plan, such as changes in personal, family, or business circumstances. They also discussed today’s landscape of wealth growth, transfer, and mobility across generations and geographies, which further fosters an environment where there is an increased need for individuals and families to structure their wealth properly.
