He collaborates with investors, boards, and managements of industrial companies, focusing on developing robust business plans, steering financial and operational turnarounds, and implementing large-scale performance improvement programs.
In his previous roles, Stefano served as the global leader of the automotive and aerospace practice at Kearney and played a crucial role as the technology manager at Marelli, a leading auto supplier.
Stefano holds an MBA from the University of Turin and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and robotics from the University of Florence, both with honors. Fluent in Italian, English, French, and proficient in Spanish, he is also a member of prestigious institutions such as the World Economic Forum, the Clinton Global Initiative, Bocconi Advisors, INSOL, and the Society of Automotive Analysts. Stefano also takes on a leadership role as the Chairman of the non-profit Andrea Bocelli Foundation.
