Andrea Beltratti is Full Professor in the Department of Finance at Bocconi University, Academic Director of the Executive Master in Finance – EMF at SDA Bocconi School of Management and Chairman of the EFG Gamma Foundation. He has been Chairman of Eurizon Capital until 2024 and of the Management Board of Intesa Sanpaolo until May 2013. 

Andrea has a Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University, where he wrote a dissertation on financial market volatility under the supervision of Prof. Robert Shiller. He has been member of the Board of Directors of EFAMA (European Fund and Asset Management Association), President of the FEDUF (Fondazione per Educazione Finanziaria), and part of Investment Committees of institutional investors.

Erika Andreetta, PwC Partner, is responsible for delivering consulting services in the Retail &
Consumer sector, with a particular focus on the Luxury & Retail market.

As a management engineer, she joined PwC Consulting in 1999 and has consistently worked with key
players in the Made in Italy sector at the EMEA leadership team level.

She has personally overseen significant internationalization processes for leading groups in the
Chinese market and was an active member of the CINDIADesk at PwC from 2000 to 2006.

Currently, she provides support to high-potential companies in promoting Made in Italy globally and
engages in System projects that impact our production chains and sustainability themes.

A vigilant observer of consumer evolution, over the last five years, she has studied the impact of
omnichannel strategies in the Made in Italy sectors through PwC’s observatories: the Global
Consumer Insight Survey (27 countries, 21,000 consumers) and Italian and international studies on
Millennials and Generation Z. She is also a member of Get it Fair, the first international certification
system for the textile and apparel supply chains in emerging countries, promoting responsible
labeling.

Antonio Picca Piccon is Chief Financial Officer and President of Financial Services of Ferrari since July
2018.

Before joining Ferrari, he held the position of CFO in Ariston Thermo Group, including responsibilities
for Legal and Corporate Affairs and ICT, since November 2014.

Prior to such assignment he spent 15 years within Fiat Chrysler Automobile (FCA) and Fiat Group,
where he covered several senior roles in finance and financial services, including CFO of Iveco Group,
CEO of FGA Capital (now CA Auto Bank) and Group Treasurer and Head of Financial Services for FCA.
He started his career in banking, in various finance and research positions within Sanpaolo Imi
Group (now part of Intesa Sanpaolo Group).

He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Ferrari, Fiat Group Automobiles, Magneti
Marelli, Maserati and Teksid.

Antonio Picca Piccon graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the University of
Turin and holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Born in 1968, Giuseppe Santoni was still a child when his father Andrea established the company.
Already at a very young age – following in the footsteps of a father dedicated to his work who used to
drop by the Corridonia factory every day -, he began to travel the world in order to manage the
brand’s international expansion. He successfully opened new markets such as Japan, China, Northern
Europe and Russia for what was destined to become one of the top names in Italian luxury products.

Giuseppe Santoni is an entrepreneur who stands out from the others. For him, awareness of

With over 30 years experience, François Arpels has acquired unique expertise in the luxury goods
and jewellery industry, helping to define global strategies and execute projects for numerous brands
over the years in the United States, India, Italy and France, where he has lived.

François Arpels has been CEO of Korloff since October 2023, an independent French jewellery house
to which he brings invaluable expertise, which he has already repositioned and modernized,
enabling it to accelerate its development.

François Arpels began his career in 1988 with Van Cleef & Arpels in Paris and New York, the jewellery
house owned by his family. Following its sale to Richemont in 2000, he turned his professional career
towards defining and then executing global strategies in a shadow management model for
companies in the luxury goods and retail sectors, particularly in jewellery, which led him to
implement equity transactions with private equity funds and family offices. In this part of his career,
he advised several luxury companies and brands like Mattioli, Naga Brands, Cindy Chao, Ivar, Skin Inc,
L.Capital, and many others.

Alain Zimmermann is the Global Chief Marketing & Branding Officer and a member of the Global
Business Committee of EFG International since 01 May 2024.

Alain Zimmermann is a senior executive with more than 20 years of international marketing and
branding experience in the luxury goods and private banking sectors. He joined EFG from Digital
Luxury Group in Geneva, where he has been Managing Partner since 2020, providing strategic
consulting services to leading global brands. Before that, Alain Zimmermann held strategic
leadership roles at the luxury goods holding company Richemont, including the position of Chief
Executive Officer of Baume et Mercier in Geneva from 2009 to 2018. From 2006 to 2009, he was
Managing Director Marketing & Communications at Julius Baer in Zurich. Prior to that, Alain
Zimmermann held various senior management roles at IWC, Cartier and L’Oréal Group.

Alain Zimmermann was born in 1967 and is a French citizen. He holds a Bachelor in International
Business Management (CESEM double degree programme) from the NEOMA Business School in
Reims, France, and a degree in Business Administration from the ESB Business School in Germany.
