Chiara earned a degree in Business Administration and completed a Ph.D. in Economics and Management at the University of Naples Federico II. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor who gained international experience at the Australian Auditing and Assurance Standards Board in Melbourne before joining PwC Italy in 2008 as a manager in the technical department. She focused on accounting principles and audit activities.

Over the years, she expanded her expertise and took on greater responsibilities.

She served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of PwC Italy before being appointed Head of Corporate Communication in 2019. Since 2021, her responsibilities have expanded to include marketing, events, and creative design, integrating communication, engagement, and creativity into the firm’s business strategy.

Chiara is also the driving force behind “PwC for Culture,” an initiative that fosters collaboration between PwC and cultural institutions, connecting corporate values with social impact.

She is the author of several articles and publications and a lecturer in academic and professional settings. She combines technical rigor with communicative sensitivity. Her career exemplifies a modern, integrated leadership model that bridges economic expertise, cultural vision, and reputational strategy.
